What can I do?

As a faculty or staff member you encounter students on a daily basis; there may
be a time that you find a student is exhibiting some worrisome traits, or just
  isn’t acting like themselves.

How do you know if there is a problem? And what do you do if there is? The link
below contains a slide show of frequent signs and symptoms of mental health issues
that are common among young people and tips on what to do if you suspect that they
  may have a problem.
  Dealing with Change

As we begin the transition to the new campus you may find that some of your students,
or maybe even you, are having a hard time adjusting to the move. Change can be
hard. You may find that freshmen are having difficulty being away from home, some
for the first time. They may have signs of depression or anxiety. All of the fears
and worries that they or you are experiencing is a normal reaction to change. There
are a few things that you can do to better cope with transitions, and to help your
students deal with change as well.
