As a faculty or staff member you encounter students on a daily basis; there may be a time that you find a student is exhibiting some worrisome traits, or just isn’t acting like themselves.

Dealing with Change
As we begin the transition to the new campus you may find that some of your students, or maybe even you, are having a hard time adjusting to the move. Change can be hard. You may find that freshmen are having difficulty being away from home, some for the first time. They may have signs of depression or anxiety. All of the fears and worries that they or you are experiencing is a normal reaction to change. There are a few things that you can do to better cope with transitions, and to help your students deal with change as well.
