The conference is designed to feature speakers as well as educational sessions that will allow participants to gain insight from research and personal experiences in the hopes of empowering young women to achieve their goals in leadership, professionalism, and civic engagement.
The conference participants will be challenged to leverage their experiences and leadership capacity to build a network or women leaders in Raleigh County, West Virginia, or where ever their life takes them after graduation from WVU Tech.
