We offer opportunities for students to engage in disc golf activities bi-weekly, and we organize ultimate frisbee games during the warmer months. Our aim is to promote physical activity, teamwork, and enjoyment of these dynamic sports.

The SAB is part of the educational environment of the colleges. Through its various committees, it provides cultural, social, and recreational programs aiming to make out of classroom activity a cooperative factor with the classroom experience. In all processes it encourages self-directed activity, giving maximum opportunity for self-realization and for growth in individual social competency and group effectiveness. Its goal is the development of the person as well as the intellect.
